    that come together as one complete collection to gently walk you through how to use your energy body to acquire all the energetic principles and skills that we talk about in one on one sessions.

    • lessons expanding on the symbolic imagery of the story

    • exercises and guided meditations designed to help you break down even the most complicated situations 

    • support to create your own powerful imagery that you can draw on for guidance 

    • concrete ways to amplify the joy in your life

    A Walk through each MODULE:

    Module 1: the story

    This story introduces you to our main character and the natural and mystical world she lives in. Follow along with the girl and let her guide you in learning how to recognize when a pattern in your life isn’t working and when it's time to change course.

    Module 2: the signs

    In this part of the journey, you will walk with the girl as she learns how to recognize the signs in her environment. You will explore your own intuitive sense as you examine your environment for clues to guide decisions you need to make, small or big. You will also begin to uncover your default tendencies when relating to other people and articulate what healthy boundaries look and feel like, as she does when she encounters a new friend on the trail.

    Module 3: the web

    Caught in a spider web, the girl will teach you how to recognize the role that your innate neurology and biology plays in accessing your intuition, how to turn your perceived failings into your biggest assets, and how to maintain your sense of calm through the process of untangling.

    Module 4: the river

    This week, slow down and deeply nourish yourself, as the girl guides you to a river and teaches you to create your own nourishing imagery you can return to on demand when you are feeling overwhelmed or anxious, or when you want to play with how much joy you can take into your body and mind.

    Module 5: the rock

    Sometimes, what gets in your way is really big, and it feels nearly impossible to navigate. Let the girl teach you the problem-solving process, as she encounters a larger obstacle in this final story. She will show you when and how to use all the skills you have learned so far and encourage you to draw upon the inner strength it takes to shift more entrenched patterns.

      • If you feel pressed for time, this course is built specifically for you. I know from years of working with clients that the key to lasting change is consistency and repetition of small acts. I also know that you will have the most success engaging with material and exercises that take less than ten minutes a day. Each part of this course is short and powerful, so each lesson should take you no more than ten minutes. You may find that as you encounter each small act, they start to follow you through the rest of your day as you apply what you learn to the real world. That is the real magic of stacking small acts together.

      • Don’t worry, you are in the right place. Chances are, if you didn’t come into this course because you already feel overwhelmed, at some point intense feelings might come up for you. Feeling overwhelmed is a natural part of any big process, and layered into this course are skills to show you how to manage that feeling. This is your safe space to be supported as you test out new thinking and strategies.

      • There are a LOT of programs out there to help you reframe your life experiences to support your “healing process.” This is a good thing. We need different programs to support our healing at different times in our lives. “Time to Fly” was created with the ultimate belief that the human body and the principles of ecosystems on Earth contain all the information you need for your individual healing, and that you can learn how to translate the messages from your body and environment into meaningful action to move towards joy. It blends concrete, visual, and practical strategies with simple self-examinations, all wrapped up in a magical picture book story.       • This story is based on my lived experience, and since I am a woman, the story is about a girl as she moves through the woods on a trail. However, everything in these stories is symbolic, all of the images are intentionally abstract, and all of the exercises and strategies are neutral, ungendered, and open-ended explorations to help you create your own imagery and symbols. The course is also appropriate for adherents of any faith--or no faith at all.

        As long as you feel comfortable with a girl as your guide, then you will find everything else in this course will apply to you.

      • I do my best to energetically contain this exploration process for the format that we are working in, intentionally selecting prompts and exercises that teach you the skills without diving into those bigger kinds of traumas. However, a portion of this course is about normalizing all kinds of trauma, and it is possible that something like that might come up as you explore your internal landscape.

        If you already know that you have those types of traumas in your history, I encourage you to schedule professional therapeutic support into the time frame of this course to ensure that you have a specific place to process things that might come up.

        If you do stumble upon something bigger during the process of this course, remember that you control the pace of your own process. If something big comes up, I encourage you to hit the pause button, slow down, and loop in the appropriate professional supports outside of the course before continuing.
